An update of an existing warehouse building to provide lettable space specified to current levels. the project includes a new reception and the re-skinning of the facade to provide a foil to the Leggoretto-designed fashion museum opposite.

The facade is broken into an abstract plane using a contrasting colour, creating a strong identity.
